RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 14-day window for returns from the date of receiving your order.

For registered customer, to lodge a return, please log in and visit your order history to initiate your self-return request.
If you are not a registered customer, to lodge a return, please submit lodge return via Contact Us Form and fill in the required information.

We want to make sure you have enough time to assess your items and return them if needed, so you can shop with confidence of Marokini.

We're able to accept your item(s) for a refund based on the following conditions: The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.

REFUNDS
Refunds for online orders are applicable to all items except Final Sale items. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method for the amount paid, minus any applicable return postage costs. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. By initiating a return, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchange if you wish to return your item for a better fit. Currently, exchanges are available for items of the same style but a different size only. To begin the return process, please lodge a return request first. Once approved, kindly post the item back to us. Upon receiving the returned item, we'll promptly send you the new size item. Please note that the cost of postage for the exchange and return will be covered by the customer. Exchange items will be send back to you via standard shipping with a cost involved, which you will be notified after your exchange request is approved. Thank you for your understanding.

FAULTY ITEMS RETURN
We are sorry to hear you may have received a faulty item and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please lodge a return via Contact Us Form with your order number as well as a short description and photos of the fault. Be assured we will work to resolve your issue with priority.

FINAL SALE
All sale item(s) from our "final Sale" are not eligible for a return or exchange. However, faulty item(s) please contact our customer services team at sales@marokini.com. This can be returned once our customer service team have been notified and approved.

PRE-ORDER
Marokini offers pre-orders on new launch items. Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. The date is a scheduled delivery date and may change due to reason which is outside of Marokini's control.
You will be charged when you place a pre-order. Pre-orders cannot be exchanged before delivery. Regular return periods apply to pre-order styles.

RETURNS COST
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. Please ensure that your item/s are neatly placed, secured, and properly sealed within a postbag. As per Marokini's policy, return shipping costs are non-refundable.

UNEXPECTED DELAY PARCEL
Marokini is unable to investigate lost or delayed transit parcels. Appreciate your understanding & patience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You will receive an email notification from your courier when our team has received your return. After receiving this notification, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be finalized. You will receive a second email when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of being processed. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment.

COLOUR & FINAL SEAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Although Marokini has taken great care to reproduce the colours presented as accurately as possible, colours may vary from monitor to monitor. The colours produced within this website may not match the actual fabric colours. Appearance of fabric colours in imagery are affected by many factors, including fabric type, photography lighting and varied monitor lighting.
